An international teacher based in Brighton, Tabather of Soulomorfi is a mother, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation guide, Gong Player and Shiatsu Therapist. Building community and caring for the more than human world is her intention.
Tabather has been working in the well-being field for 20 years. She spent most of her 20s as a PA and copywriter in an esoteric bookshop and publishing company that specialised in crystals and natural wellbeing. It was here that she was given a foundation to further her studies into Kundalini Yoga and train as a Shiatsu Therapist. After leaving the company when she turned 30, she took some time to travel and then followed her heart to Greece where she lived for 5.5 years setting up a small yoga studio rooted in nature and working more with the land. After becoming pregnant she felt the call to return to England and has been based in Brighton since 2017 where she continues her work.
She’s had the opportunity to share her offerings all around the UK, on the beaches of Thailand, Cambodia, to Tibetan monks in India, France, Italy, Greece as well as work with men and their mental health in hospital, a multicultural women’s group, various festivals, different charities and also bespoke workshops for specific occasions.
She is a mother first and lets all else follow. She’s always been inspired and moved by nature based practices, regenerative culture and the inner work that develops the self.
